The seller, an antique dealer specializing in record player repairs, mentioned a recent find—a large collection of original concept car and boat artwork.
The Curbside Revelation:
Upon further conversation, the antique dealer revealed the astonishing backstory behind the collection. Her neighbor, a talented designer rumored to have worked for Volkswagen Motors, had recently passed away. Heartbreakingly, the family had discarded his life’s work, including a vast assortment of concept car designs and engineering blueprints.
A Magnificent Collection:
Eager to see the collection for himself, Mike Anthony arranged a meeting with the antique dealer. As he laid eyes on the treasure trove of late 1950s and early 1960s futuristic designs, he was awestruck.
